TalentOneed Recruiter

TalentOneed is a smart mobile app designed to help candidates and recruiters connect in a more human and efficient way. Instead of public job postings and traditional PDF resumes, the app uses filtering and discovery tools that allow recruiters to identify relevant talent discreetly. For candidates: Candidates create profiles that go beyond a resume, highlighting who they are through their skills, experience, preferences, photos, and short video responses. For recruiters: Recruiters access a private, card-based view of candidate profiles. There are no public job postings—recruiters discreetly review, shortlist, organize profiles, and choose who they wish to contact. All interactions remain fully controlled by both the recruiter and the candidate. Matching system: The app’s filtering tools ensure recruiters only see candidates that match their selected criteria, supporting focused and private discovery while saving time.
