A digital version of the Shikoku 1889 board game.

This is an alpha release. Some rules are not yet implemented but playing a whole game should be possible. The goal is to provide a digital implementation of the board game Shikoku 1889 (of the 18xx family of games) published by Grand Trunk Games with AI opponents.
