Elektraweb Guest App is an application that allows you to make 24 different transactions online without contact, such as restaurant or SPA reservation, online check-in, food/beverage order, room cleaning, bell boy request at your hotel. You can log in to the system with your reservation number or voucher number. If you do not have this information, you can make a request by clicking the "Send My Link" text on the same screen to have the necessary information sent to your personal e-mail address. You can perform your Online Check-in process by taking and attaching a passport/ID photo with a mobile phone, tablet or computer camera, and you can perform mass check-in for all people staying in the same room. All transactions that require an appointment or reservation, such as an A la Carte Restaurant, Beach, SPA, Golf or Tennis Court, are carried out by checking "Session, Capacity and Occupancy". This application was designed and produced by Elektra, Turkey's most preferred hotel management system.
