Tarifoloji is a recipe platform passionately brought to life by a team dedicated to the kitchen. Although its founder, Serhan Açıkgöz, began his career in a different industry, he found his true path in the kitchen. He received professional training in bakery and pastry making and gained a wealth of experience working in hotel and restaurant kitchens. Over time, he turned to teaching at culinary schools to share this knowledge. His mastery and collaborative approach have earned him praise from both his students and the industry.
