Al-Fatah Fulfillment is designed for riders and staff of Al-Fatah stores to manage and complete deliveries efficiently. Riders receive delivery tasks, navigate to customer locations, and update order progress in real time, while store administration can monitor active trips to ensure timely service. To support these features, the app uses foreground services with an ongoing notification to actively track rider location and provide navigation during deliveries. It also uses background location to maintain trip continuity and update order status even if the app is minimized or the screen is off. Location access is strictly limited to active delivery sessions and automatically stops once the delivery ends. With Al-Fatah Fulfillment, riders can manage deliveries effectively, and stores can provide customers with a smoother and more reliable experience.
