IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE APP. This application REQUIRES compatible, external medical monitoring devices (acquired separately) to function. It DOES NOT work independently and will not function without being connected to these devices. This app DOES NOT use your phone's sensors to measure any vital signs. ABOUT THE 3 NET WISE RPM PLATFORM The 3 Net Wise, Inc. RPM Platform is a patented Telehealth solution designed for use by authorized Physicians, Nurses, and Primary Care Providers. It serves as a companion app to our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system, enabling outstanding care coordination for at-risk Medicare/Medicaid patients in both rural and urban communities. HOW IT WORKS This app securely connects to external, FDA-cleared medical devices via Bluetooth or cellular data. It collects and transmits real-time vital signs data from those devices. The data is safely delivered to the patient's authorized healthcare provider.
