Users can perform different tasks via different features: Notification Management: Manage and receive all notifications related to their activity, such as task notifications, messages, etc. Member Management: Manage members' primary or emergency contacts and important medical information (e.g., health plan, eligibility, linked account, etc). Confirm the receipt of gift cards sent to members online. Take online surveys to prepare for doctor appointments or earn rewards. Manage member documentation. Inventory Tracker: Track the remaining items in network inventory locations. Dashboard: View detailed reports of admit-transfer-discharge events and member dashboard.
