What features does the Essential app offer: - Caller ID: choose between fixed and mobile numbers when calling out. - Forwarding: set where calls should go in case of unavailability. - Transfer: transfer calls to your colleague, with or without prior notice. - Visual voicemail: messages clearly bundled so that you can easily listen to them. - Availability status: check when colleagues are available. - Manage caller groups: sign in or out. - Business and private mode: determine your availability per situation. - Company directory: access to contact details.
