Each employee receives a unique passcode to start and end each shift: ❖ Unique PIN access code ❖ Unique passcode with NFC and RFID cards There are three navigation tabs at the bottom of the Terake Factory screen 1) Pinpad - to start / stop work and / or log in 2) Control Panel - View and edit work in progress 3) Administrator - to set permissionsPinpad TAB Pinpad is the main entry point for users. There you can enter a PIN, slide the NFC TAG (if supported by the device) or use an RFID card with an external reader. The Pinpad TAB view has two modes that are displayed below the number keys with green / gray buttons. Green is the active mode indicator. 1) "START / STOP" mode This is the default for Pinpad view. With the correct accesses (ie the user enters the correct PIN), the current job is switched. If a job is in progress for the user, it will be terminated. If the user does not have a job in progress, a new job is started. If the user has a scheduled or scheduled job for a certain period of time, the scheduled job will begin. If not, the system searches for the job type selected from the last / most selected jobs. If not found, it creates a new job with the external ID "Started from mobile device" and starts this job type for the user. NB! You can rename this automatically generated job type. 2) "ONLY LOGIN" mode If the user enters the correct user IDs, the system logs in to the user without switching the current operating state. Users can now choose the control panel or administrator panels to work with. Dashboard TAB The control panel shows the currently running jobs with the EDIT and STOP buttons. The user can change the type of work and provide additional descriptive text. Admin TAB The admin panel is used to configure user access information (ie to set a PIN). Unattended users can only see and manage themselves. A user with administrative rights can see all active employees and can set their credentials. Important notes 1. When Terake Factory is running on an Android device, it prevents the screen from falling asleep. 2. The configured access data is stored on both the local device and the server, but PIN / CARD / RFID authentication is performed only on the local device. This means that the administrator must log in to the "Administrator" TAB environment (with a username and password) at least once in order for users to download user data to the device. Additional 1.
