Have you been challenging something for more than 30 days so far? Keep your promise with me every day for 30 days. Then you can meet a new you after 30 days. Create a challenge that lasts 30 days for anything. Start with a small goal first. For example? -Exercise every day -Reduce sugar every day -3km walking every day -2000 words written daily (one novel is completed in 30 days) -5 compliments each day (to family, friends, colleagues, or your dog) -5 daily thank you You can complete 12 goals in one year.
