Invite your Circles and keep every RSVP, vote, and update with the plan
“Are you free this weekend?” is easy to ask. Then everyone replies, the time changes twice, and someone misses the update. Hub App is an invitation app for planning events with groups. The guest list, votes, and latest details stay with the event, so you can check the plan without scrolling through old messages. Circles save the guest list for next time Most plans include people you’ve invited before: family, close friends, classmates, a club, or a team. Save them as a Circle, then choose that Circle when you create an event. You can add or remove individual guests whenever the plan changes. A Circle can be private, shared, or public. Shared and public Circles can have co-admins. Public Circles can also use a join link. Quick plans or all the details Use a Quick Hangout for something casual. Create a full Invitation when there is more to share. You can also send a Request for Voting, make an Open Invitation, or start from a saved Template. Add the date, time, place, photo, description, guest options, invitees, and polls you need. Leave the rest out. See who can make it Guests reply Yes, No, or Maybe and can add a note. Hosts can check responses and manage the guest list without counting reactions in a chat. Still deciding? Put it to a vote Offer a few dates, times, or locations and let the group choose. You can add another poll when the plan has one more question to settle. Keep the conversation with the event Each event has its own conversation for questions and changes. Share messages, photos, videos, files, and voice notes there, so guests know where to look. Hub App also lets you: • Save a draft and return to it later • Reuse templates for plans that happen again • See invitations in the in-app calendar • Add co-hosts and manage guests • Choose whether guests can view the guest list and responses • Use Hub App in English or Arabic Use Hub App for birthday parties, dinners, coffee, graduations, family occasions, club activities, team plans, and the get-together your group keeps talking about. Make the Circle once. The next invitation is easier.
