Go to xtream.tv/activate on your computer or mobile device 5. Login with your Mediacom ID username and password. (If you do not have your Mediacom ID credentials, please visit https://support.mediacomcable.com). 6. When prompted, enter the 5-digit activation code that appears on your TV screen 7.
