Teambo Attendance is an application designed to help organizations record and manage employee attendance in a simple and reliable way. Employees can use the app to check in and check out of work shifts using their mobile device. Attendance records are stored securely and can be accessed only by authorized personnel for administrative and reporting purposes. The app supports optional location-based automatic check-in functionality. Location permission is not mandatory and is required only for users who choose to enable auto check-in. Users who do not enable location permission can continue to use the app with manual check-in and check-out features. For auto check-in, the app verifies the user’s location only at the configured office start time to confirm presence at the workplace. The app does not continuously track location. All attendance rules, including office location, office start and end times, approved WiFi networks, and auto check-in settings, are fully managed by administrators through a separate admin dashboard. Employees cannot modify these configurations. Location data is used solely for attendance verification and to improve record accuracy. The app is intended strictly for workplace attendance management and related administrative use, with a strong focus on user privacy and data security.
