Android runs LocalHub; other devices need only a browser for files and streams.

LocalHub turns your Android device into a private sharing hub for every browser on your local WiFi or hotspot. Send files and text between Android, Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone, iPad, tablets, and smart TVs without installing a receiver app. No cloud account and no cable are required. Start LocalHub, scan the QR code, and open the local page in any modern browser. SHARE ANY FILE FROM ANDROID • Share documents, archives, PDFs, folders, photos, videos, audio, and other file types from Android apps to LocalHub. • Photos, videos, and audio are added to the media library; other file types become downloadable in the browser. • Add one or more files directly from File Management. • Upload files from a browser back to your Android device with clear progress. • Free users can transfer files up to 50 MB each. Premium removes the per-file size limit. CROSS-DEVICE CLIPBOARD (PREMIUM) • Share text between Android and every connected browser. • Copy links, notes, addresses, and short messages without retyping. • Shared text stays only in the current LocalHub server session and is cleared when the server stops. • All connected devices in the current session can view the shared history. MEDIA STREAMING • Play videos and music from your phone in a computer or TV browser. • Stream locally without downloading the complete file first. • Seek within supported video files using range requests. SCREEN AND CAMERA STREAMING • Mirror your Android screen to a browser for presentations, demos, teaching, or support. • Share the phone camera feed in real time. • WebRTC provides low-latency viewing on the same network. • Choose 480p, 720p, or 1080p according to your network and device. PRIVATE LOCAL CONNECTION • Receiver app and receiver-side account are not required. • Transfers stay on your local WiFi or hotspot instead of being uploaded to a public cloud. • Optional access password protects the browser page. • Automatic server shutdown helps limit how long the sharing session remains available. HOW TO USE 1. Connect both devices to the same WiFi network or Android hotspot. 2. Open LocalHub and start sharing. 3. Scan the QR code or enter the displayed address in a browser. 4. Share files or text, upload and download, play media, or watch a live stream. COMMON USES • Send a ZIP archive or PDF from Android to a laptop. • Move documents from a computer to a phone without a cable. • Copy a link from your phone and paste it on your desktop. • Play phone videos on a TV browser. • Present your phone screen in a meeting. • Transfer files through a phone hotspot when internet access is unavailable. REQUIREMENTS • Android 8.0 or higher • WiFi network or mobile hotspot • A modern browser on the other device FREE AND PREMIUM Free: local transfer up to 50 MB per file and media streaming. Premium one-time purchase: unlimited file size, cross-device clipboard, screen mirroring, camera streaming, and 1080p streaming. Visit our website for help, privacy information, and product updates.
