EH Athletics Online Training

Welcome to the team! Here we'll sync up all your workout and diet information so that the communication between you, me and the team is tightly integrated. This will give us a crystal clear overview of what you're doing both in and out of the gym so we can ensure every week is better than the next. Stick with the process and thanks for being part of our vision to make badminton training more accessible to badminton players across Canada!
