Once your access is activated, your program will appear inside the app. Powered by Trainerize, the app gives you a complete golf-fitness coaching experience in one convenient place. Your workouts, exercise videos, voiceover coaching, training calendar, progress tracking, and coach communication are organized so you always know what to do next.
