DOLBI, Digital Online library for the blind in India is an online library exclusively designed and developed for persons with visual impairment and print disabled. Membership of the DOLBI is only for the blind and print disabled. There is no charge what-so-ever for becoming its member, however beneficiaries of this app can use study content provided through the app for their own educational use. Using the content received through this app for any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
