The Unidad Online mobile application is the official alternative developed by the Unit for Comprehensive Attention and Reparation to Victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. This app allows people registered in the Single Registry of Victims (RUV) to access in a simple, fast and secure way the services currently offered by the Unidad en Línea web platform. From your cell phone you can make inquiries without having to travel, just by logging in using your document number and a personal password. This application has been designed to improve the experience of people who require care from the Unit, avoiding lines, unnecessary trips and facilitating access to information and services from anywhere. Important: All services provided by the Victims Unit are free of charge. It is not necessary to pay third parties to access the platform or to carry out procedures. Your data is protected. The application has security mechanisms that guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. The Unidad en Línea app is a tool that seeks to strengthen the State's support for victims of the armed conflict, facilitating access to their rights in a timely, transparent and accessible manner.
