Agent Link is a workforce and field operations app designed to help organizations manage field teams, daily visits, and task execution with real-time reporting and location-enabled proof of work. With Agent Link, agents can receive assignments, complete structured forms, attach photos, scan codes (when enabled), and submit results instantly to the organization’s backend. Administrators gain visibility into progress, visit status, and operational performance.
