We're committed to continually improving our app to provide you with the best possible experience. By joining our Beta program, you'll be among the first to try new features and help shape the future of Urban Sports Club. We Need Your Feedback! As a Beta tester, your feedback is invaluable. We want to hear about your experience—what you love and what could be improved. Please let us know about any issues or suggestions you have. What to Expect: - Early Access to New Features: Try out the latest enhancements before they're released to the public. - Direct Communication with Our Team: Share your thoughts and connect with us directly through the app. - Contribute to Our Community: Help create the best sports and fitness app by sharing your experiences. Please Note: The current version of the app is still in beta, which means it may not be fully reliable or stable. Some bugs and inconsistencies are to be expected. Features like the waitlist functionality are not yet available in the beta app. You'll need to rely on your current Urban Sports Club app to be notified when a free spot becomes available in the class you are waitlisted for. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues. Your feedback will help us refine the app and deliver the best experience possible. How to Provide Feedback You can give us your feedback by shaking the device. It's easy—give it a try! Alternatively, you can email us at app-development@urbansportsclub.com. Thank you for being a part of our Beta community!
