REACH24 is a 24x7 web-based mobility tool and system that optimizes communication and documentation between drivers, service providers, equipment providers and other stakeholders. The mobility tool and system provides for smooth communication to the driver when he or she has an event causing a need for assistance. Specifically, the web-based mobility tool allows for visual optimization of where the driver is in relation to the service and/or equipment provider network, and provides auto-communication tools that make event documentation easy. The mobility tool also optimizes the relationship between the stakeholders and the service and/or equipment providers by presenting the fastest solution at the lowest possible price for an event causing a need for assistance. Further, REACH24 makes business rules dissemination and compliance easier to achieve, thus allowing the stakeholders to interact more efficiently. REACH24 attacks the basics of “Where am I?", “What do I need?”, and “Who can help me?”. Mobility provides for ease of chat, photo capture and mapping such that the two key players; drivers and technicians, have the smoothest route to success. REACH24 also helps Service Providers to choose the core services and hours of service that best fit their operations. This allows the ecosystem to compete for specific services and maximizes the positive impact to the driver.
