Bogar 7000 is the masterpiece by Siddhar Bogar. It contains 7000 songs. It deals with almost all subjects of siddha medicine especially of metals and minerals and it is great treasure for siddha medicine. Bogar 7000 is also called as bible of alchemy in Siddha system. Bogar is a Siddhar. He is considered as one of the 18 siddhars born in the world. Bogar followed so closely in the footsteps of Saiva Siddhanta's 8th century founder Tirumoolar that one is often amazed at the continuity of teaching and principle preserved and sustained over a period of one thousand years.
