This is the Västra Götaland Region's Migraine App! Our goal is that with the app you will gain a greater understanding of your headache/migraine, and thus be able to manage it better. Via a calendar function, you can easily collect information about your headache. It is for those of you who have migraines or other headaches, regardless of whether you have a diagnosis or not. You will get a comprehensive history of your headache that can serve as support for yourself in managing your condition. The information can also be used as support in contact with healthcare, which will, among other things, make it easier for healthcare to make a diagnosis, or monitor the effect of a treatment. There is also information about headaches that can be valuable both for those who have headaches, as well as for relatives. The content is designed according to the Swedish Headache Care Guidelines, in collaboration with patients with headaches and specialists in neurology, psychology and physiotherapy.
