CardioBond

CardioBond offers remote cardiac rehab programs for recovery and secondary event prevention after a cardiace event. Each patient works with a care manager who assists the patient in their recovery. The care manager, in conjuction with the patient, collaborate thru the CardioBond app to assist in the patient's recovery post surgery.
