Viking Rescue

Rescue is the work tool for Viking tow truck drivers, designed to manage roadside assistance operations. As a mobile app, it replaces the previous web solution and enables real-time updates of the tow truck’s position — benefiting both the dispatch center and the customer waiting for assistance. Rescue provides case handling, mapping and dispatching, notifications, and order management. It serves as an interface to Viking’s VIS system, optimized for Viking drivers and continuously improved based on driver feedback.
