Track screen time, reduce doomscrolling, and rebuild your focus daily

Brain Rot Monitor helps you understand your digital habits, reduce doomscrolling, and improve your focus one day at a time. The app tracks your screen-time patterns and turns them into simple brain scores, insights, and progress levels. Instead of just showing raw usage data, Brain Rot Monitor helps you see how your app habits affect your focus, dopamine balance, productivity, and daily mental clarity. Whether you want to spend less time on reels, reduce distractions, or build a healthier phone routine, Brain Rot Monitor gives you a clear way to measure and improve. Key features: • Track app usage and screen-time habits • Count reel-style short-form video usage • Understand your daily brain score • Identify distracting and doomscrolling apps • Earn XP for better digital habits • Unlock brain levels based on your progress • View simple insights about focus and overstimulation • Build a more intentional phone routine Accessibility Service API disclosure: Brain Rot Monitor uses Android’s AccessibilityService API as a core part of its screen-time and focus monitoring features. With your permission, the service detects when supported apps are in the foreground, observes scroll and window-change events, and identifies short-form video surfaces such as reels and shorts so the app can count reel-style usage, update your Brain Score, show focus reminders, and enforce user-configured app limits. The AccessibilityService is used only for these user-facing monitoring and focus features. Brain Rot Monitor does not use AccessibilityService to record calls or audio, capture passwords, read private messages, make purchases, change system settings without permission, or prevent you from disabling or uninstalling the app. You can turn the AccessibilityService off at any time in Android Accessibility settings. Brain Rot Monitor is designed for people who want to take control of their screen time without boring reports or complicated dashboards.
