The cardiorespiratory test allows you to evaluate your cardiorespiratory endurance in minutes from a simple voice recording. It works by analysing properties of one’s voice that respond to how the blood flows in the organs and tissues involved in voice production. The result is the cardiorespiratory score, a number that can help you assess your level of cardiorespiratory endurance.
