The mobile application "Baltinava ZOOM" is an easy-to-use, visible and modern exciting tool for deeper and remote exploration of Baltinava parish, encouraging you to actively try, test and enjoy Latvian history, nature and culture through the prism of one region, point of view of a place, event, or phenomenon. The application was created with the financial support of the State Culture Capital Fund and Balvi municipality.
