The Guest App is exclusive to guests invited to the app by their hotel. You will not be able to use the app if you did not receive an invitation to download it. The Guest App allows you to open your hotel room door and access your room with a click of a button. Using the app you can view all of your reservation details, chat with the hotel and gain easy access to hotel services. You will also be able to discover additional activities in the hotel area, book transportation, and invite additional guests to the app. The Guest-App will auto-translate all hotel communication to your native language.
