உலகத்தில் காலத்தால் மூத்த மொழி தமிழ் மொழி அதனைப் பேசும் குலத்தவரே தமிழர்கள். கட்டடக் கலை உலகளவில் வளராத காலத்திலேயே காஞ்சி பெரிய கோயிலைக் கட்டியவர்கள். இன்றும் இவர்களின் பெருமையை சொல்லாமல் சொல்கிறது கல்லணை. விஞ்ஞானம் வளராத காலத்திலேயே ஜோதிடத்தைக் கண்டறிந்தவர்கள். பஞ்சாங்கம் மூலம் கிரகணங்களின் காலத்தை பூர்வ காலத்திலேயே எந்தவொரு சாதனங்களும் இல்லாமல் கண்டு சொன்னவர்கள். போர்கலையில் வல்லவர்கள். கடல் கடந்து பல நாடுகளை வென்றவர்கள். வீரத்தில் மட்டும் அல்ல விவேகத்திலும் சிறந்தவர்கள். கோயில்கள் பலவற்றை கட்டியவர்கள். அப்படிப் பட்ட சாதனை மனிதர்களின் பூர்வீக வரலாற்றை தொகுத்து வழங்குவதில் நாங்கள் பெருமைப் படுகிறோம். தமிழினம் எங்கிருந்து தொடங்கியது என்ற கேள்விக்கு முடிந்த வரையில் விடை தேடிக் கொடுத்து உள்ளோம். அத்துடன் இந்தச் செயலில் தமிழர் கலைகளும், வாணிபமும், அறிவுத் திறனும் அற்புதமாய் விளக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இதனைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யும் ஒவ்வொரு தமிழனும், தமிழனாய் வாழ்வதற்கு நிச்சயம் பெருமைப் படுவான். I was thinking for a while about publishing our history in Android. Thanks to Tamil Kalangiyam for collecting the great epics of our ancestors and our great language. I'm sure; we just can't bring our entire history into a mobile or even high storage capacity devices.
