WTA Ride

Whatcom Transportation Authority’s (WTA’s) Lynden Hop is an on-demand van service, allowing you to hail a ride anywhere within Lynden. It’s open to everyone and all vans are wheelchair accessible. We expect to be able to pick you up within about 10 to 15 minutes of your requested time. If the van is full, or unable to pick you up at your requested time, you can shift your request to find another time that works for you. The cost to ride the Lynden Hop is the same as for WTA’s Fixed Route service. The cash fare is $1. We also accept all current WTA bus passes. People 75 and older ride free with a Gold Card. Youth (17 and under) ride free. Riders who are eligible for paratransit can also ride free with a “Free on Fixed Route” card. For more information, visit www.ridewta.com/hop, or call 360-676-7433.
