To participate in a video call with us, you need to do the following: * Download and install the App on your mobile phone * Accept that the app has access to the microphone and image * Sign in with mobile BankID. If you do not have a mobile BankID, you can apply for it through your bank * At the time you agreed with us on a meeting, we will call you. * In the future, you will also be able to book time with us in the App and submit information securely.
