"Have you left yet?!" "Where are you?!" "When are you going to get here?!" "I'm On My Way!" On My Way automatically notifies people when you leave, your progress, and when you arrive. This is great when meeting friends for dinner, keeping teens in touch with their parents, connecting spouses on their way home, or showing your progress on a long road trip. No more calls or messages asking where you are and when you're going to be there. No more awkward setting up sharing your location in a map app--and forcing your friends and family to figure out how to monitor it. * You choose your destination--manually or select a contact's address. * You control who is notified--you can choose to use your contacts or enter numbers manually. * You customize the messages--when they are sent and what they say. The trips you create can be used again or deleted. Favorite trips stay at the top of the list where they are easy to start. You can edit an active trip (e.g., add a notification, remove a recipient, etc.) without modifying the saved trip. On the Settings page, you can specify the sender's name that will be included in the messages On My Way sends to your recipients. You can also specify how far from your starting point you need to be for the app to send your departure notification (if any). Similarly, you can specify how close you need to be to the destination for the app to send your arrival notification (if any). From the Settings page, you can export and import your application data (i.e., trips, groups, and settings) for backups or transferring to a new phone.
