Emma is a credit placement channel, which operates as a duly registered brand, belonging to Unión Comercial de Costa Rica Unicomer S.A., legal ID 3 101 074154, located in Costa Rica, Alajuela, El Coyol, at Dekra 700 Oeste, which is registered in the SUGEF as a supervised and obligated subject under article 15 bis for the granting of credit facilities. It is possible to verify registration in SUGEF on its official website using the company's ID number (https://www.sugef.fi.cr/SIPO.Reportes/frmReporteAPNFDS_ART15.aspx). The Emma app has no fees associated with its use.
