This is fully Free & Ads Free app. Personalize your contact to allow to go silent in general mode and particular to ring even in silent mode. Ringer sets Ringing mode based on what you want for particular contact. When Someone's call is very important for you then put his/her contact in Ringing or Vibrate as per your requirement where as if you want to ignore someone's call then put his/her call on silent. Hence whenever you receive a call your phone will ring/vibrate/silent based on settings for that contact.
