My ZMA

My ZMA presents itself as an essential tool for all ZTF Music Academy participants. Designed to simplify the experience before, during and after the event, My ZMA does not just offer practical features: it creates a real ecosystem centered on the participant, their expectations and their spiritual and artistic experience. 1. Simplified and intelligent registration As soon as the application is launched, My ZMA guides you through the event registration process in a fluid and intuitive manner. The registration form not only allows you to fill in your personal information, but also to personalize your experience: Choice of musical workshops (instrument, singing, technique, etc.) Indication of your musical level Food or housing preferences Participation in specific groups (praise, logistics, choir, media, etc.) This personalization guarantees better organization for the Academy team, and a tailor-made experience for each registrant. 2. Generation of digital badge in advance No more endless queues upon arrival. Once your registration is validated, the application automatically provides you with a personalized digital badge containing: Your identity information A unique QR code for quick check-in upon arrival Your booked activities and workshops Your logistical options (room, catering, etc.) This badge becomes your digital access key to all the spaces, services and activities of the ZTF Music Academy. 3. Advance viewing of accommodation and logistical options Thanks to the integration of a logistics management system, My ZMA allows you to consult in advance: The accommodation assigned to you The name of your room group Practical instructions (building, floor, access plan) This helps avoid any stress on arrival and optimizes the distribution of participants, particularly for those coming from abroad. 4. A real-time news feed during the event My ZMA becomes your official source of information for the duration of the ZTF Music Academy. Thanks to an integrated news feed, you will receive: Important announcements from the organizing team Program changes Reminders of activities or workshops Notifications about spontaneous events (nightly praises, testimonies, prayer times, etc.) You won't miss anything, and will stay connected at all times to the spiritual and musical dynamics of the gathering. 5. My ZMA gives you exclusive and early access to: New albums recorded during the event Clips, behind-the-scenes videos or live performances Sheet music and lyrics of original songs Testimonials and artist interviews This content is available for streaming and downloading via the application, to extend the experience well beyond the session. 6. This system offers: Guided worship sessions according to your moods, themes or needs (healing, gratitude, adoration, intercession, etc.) Personalized playlists from the ZTF Music Academy repertoire Bible readings, meditations and daily spiritual challenges The ability to plan and follow a spiritual routine over several days This module can be used during the event as well as in the months that follow, to keep a living link with God and with the musical community.
