Add-On: Universal

This add-on app enables Zoho Assist's remote control capabilities on Android devices running Android 7 and above. With this add-on, your device can be controlled remotely via the Zoho Assist customer application. Install the add-on only when you are asked to join a remote support session by an authorized support technician. Using the Android OS accessibility API, the add-on grants the technician remote control access. Enable the app under the Accessibility settings on your Android device.
