Constitución Perú Actualizada

The Political Constitution of Peru is also known as the "Magna Carta". It is the fundamental law on which the law, justice and regulations of the country are governed. Likewise, it determines the structure and organization of the Peruvian State. The Political Constitution of Peru of 1993 is the one that is currently in force. All the laws of the Republic derive from its contained principles. The Constitution takes precedence over all laws, its rules are inviolable and mandatory for all Peruvians.
