The EGH TECH application is a specialized tool for service technicians of Euro Greg Hamm s.r.o., designed to effectively manage service interventions and technical support in the field. Main functions: Request management: A clear list of assigned service tickets and technical tasks in real time. Work progress recording: Digital recording of each repair or maintenance step, including time tracking of the intervention. Cost control: Tracking of consumed materials and incidental costs associated with the trip for accurate invoicing and reporting. Photo documentation: Possibility to take photos "before" and "after" the intervention as proof of quality work. Offline synchronization: Possibility to record data without an internet connection; automatic sending to the server will take place after the signal is restored. GPS localization: Easy navigation to the intervention site and confirmation of the technician's location at the customer's location.
