With our application, you will gain access to information about your ČEZ Distribuce points of sale and you will have Proud in your pocket. • Simple login to the application using a fingerprint or facial recognition • Consumption overview and other information about the point of sale • Information and notifications about outages and malfunctions • Possibility to report a malfunction or submit a request including photos and GPS • You can easily enter the electricity self-reading using the camera and we will then notify you of the result of the meter validation • Current HDO low tariff switching times including notifications about switching on the low tariff • Report unsealing including arranging a visit date for our employee • Banners with useful information from the energy sector For full functionality of the application and details about your points of sale, you must log in. Some functions, such as checking outages and malfunctions at the selected address or requesting unsealing, are available even without logging in.
