Thanks to it, you will have an accurate overview of your portfolio, whether you are at home or on the go. In addition, you can quickly and easily communicate with your adviser and send him the necessary documents. --- The application only ensures the transfer of loan applications – it does not provide or approve any loans itself. All offers are processed by a licensed broker in accordance with applicable legislation. A representative example for securing a loan Loan amount of CZK 400,000 for 96 months with a monthly payment of CZK 5,089, fixed interest rate of 4.9% p. a., APR 5.0%. The total amount payable by the consumer is CZK 484,141. Minimum and maximum loan repayment period: The minimum repayment period is 3 months. The maximum repayment period is 120 months (10 years). Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The maximum representative APR is 5.37% per annum. This rate includes interest, fees and any costs associated with arranging and managing the loan.
