For added protection, you'll use the so-called security device. This is the smartphone or tablet you used to register. Don't have a user account yet? Register in the app. Then, digitally verify your identity, for example, with your online ID card. With your login details, you can also use other BARMER services, such as BARMER eCare or the BARMER Teledoktor.
