Especially for replacement transport - Busnot- and rail replacement traffic - it is about the questions: When do the replacement trips, when Will I arrive at my actual destination and how do I get to the replacement trips? In order to be able to answer these questions in a targeted and timely manner for passengers, DB Regio AG and DB Systel GmbH have jointly developed the solution "Digital Customer Information Substitute Transport (BNV / SEV)" in order to inform passengers in real time about replacement traffic in the future.
