FrohZeit Rakete is the mobile app for caregivers from Fröhlich Dienste GmbH and its partners. It combines assignment recording, patient management, service records, and all organizational inquiries to the office in a single, user-friendly interface. WHAT THE APP CAN DO • Quickly record assignments – with patient, activity, duration, and optional notes. Hours are accurately recorded for billing. • Patient list with current contact information, care level, and care history, available anytime – even offline. • Digitally sign service records. Signatures are stored in compliance with GDPR and can be captured even without an internet connection – they are automatically sent as soon as a connection is re-established. • Submit respite care and conversion applications directly from the app. • Apply for and dispense care aids and document receipts – according to §40 SGB XI (German Social Code, Book XI). • Submit vacation requests, sick leave notifications, and HR inquiries directly to the office, with push notifications upon processing. • Report problems or send inquiries to the office with one click – including image attachments. • Document travel expenses and mileage, with GPS support for the starting point. FOR SITE MANAGERS • "My Team" view with actual/target hours, number of patients, and any unusual activity of assigned employees. • Early overview of over- or under-utilization. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY • All data is stored exclusively on our own servers in Germany. • Encrypted transmission via TLS; no data is shared with third parties. • Login is only possible with a personalized employee account, which is issued by the office. TARGET AUDIENCE This app is intended exclusively for active employees of Fröhlich Dienste GmbH and cooperating care and support services. A public account cannot be created independently – you will receive your login details from your responsible office.
