Less paper, more time – with the hkk Service App, you can conveniently handle your requests from home: • Applications: Apply for child sickness benefit, maternity benefit, and more • Reimbursements: Submit reimbursements for hkk's additional benefits • Sick leave notifications: View electronic sick leave notifications (eAU) • Inbox: Receive letters and notices in real time in your online inbox • Bonus program: Manage your bonus program and receive your reward • Data: Change your contact details • Certificates: Download insurance certificates Security, registration, and use: Your data is safe with us. The hkk Service App meets the highest data protection standards. Your login details apply to all hkk online services – including the online forms on hkk.de and the hkk ePA (electronic patient record). For initial registration, you can easily have the activation code sent to your home or identify yourself online with your electronic identity card. Good to know: For security reasons, the app does not work on rooted devices. Further Development We are constantly working to improve the hkk Service App and develop new features.
