Get laboratory results quickly and safely With this app you can retrieve your amedes laboratory results independently, provided you have received an individual and examination-related retrieval code (QR code) from your treating practice following your sample collection. Simply scan the QR code, answer the security question and off you go. You will be notified via push notification when your result is available. The retrieval code, once scanned, is saved in the app so that your result can be accessed as often as you like within 100 days without having to be scanned again. The app also allows you to manage multiple laboratory results. Depending on your wishes, you can name your calls individually and download and print out laboratory reports. Notes: This app only applies to laboratory results that are transmitted by laboratories in the amedes group and for which you have received a retrieval code from your treating practice. To scan the QR code and retrieve the lab result, an active internet connection and access to your device's camera are required. For active notifications, the app requires permission to send push notifications. When you access your laboratory results, a security query will appear, which you must answer.
