Mobile Dicom tool to view, organize worklist, send and receive dicom files.

This is free Android Mobile Dicom (Diconde) Viewer application which is based on opensource OFFIS DCMTK as its backend library. I hope that the tool will make it convenient for users when they come to work on some simple stuff on dicom or diconde files.
