If you are unsure which type of team is right for you, you can read more about the different forms of yoga in our app - from the individual forms of movement to the ideology behind. With our app it is possible to follow your training and follow what we can offer. You can book and unsubscribe from teams, sign up for a waiting list, etc. We have all the equipment at your disposal (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, eye pads, blankets) so all you have to do is show up and enjoy your yoga class.
