Samavesa

Samāveśa is a yoga studio for you who want to immerse yourself in the universe of yoga. We are in a community about practicing yoga and we look forward to seeing you. We have large rooms, but not large teams. We believe that the individual's place and contribution in the community provides a relaxed atmosphere where you can find time for yourself and create peace in your everyday life. Yoga is about getting to know its body and examining how it responds to the world around you. It is a nice side effect to become flexible and strong, because you also get it from yoga, but there is room for everyone, whether you are new or have had a place on the mat for many years. We offer both dynamic forms of yoga, such as, Forrest and Vinyasa, as well as more calm like hatha, gentle and completely calm and meditative classes like yin.
