Family Hifazat

Family Hifazat is a product of Aga Khan University Hospital. It provides patients with secure access to their personal health records through a web portal and mobile applications. The Family Hifazat Patient Portal is a secure, confidential, and easy-to-use platform that enables AKUH patients to access their health information 24 hours a day. This includes diagnostic results, imaging reports, medications, vaccination records, clinical appointments, and discharge summaries. The app also allows users to record and monitor selected health metrics such as blood pressure and blood glucose, presented through simple graphical visualizations and trends to help users better understand and track their health over time. All health information is handled securely and is used solely to enhance the user experience within the app, and is never shared outside the app.
